The Life Moves Giving tree at Little Wonders

Spread Some Holiday Cheer

December 11, 2023

In keeping with Little Wonders’ tradition of community outreach over the holidays, Little Wonders is partnering with LifeMoves, a San Mateo non-profit organization dedicated to sheltering and assisting homeless families with small children. Help us collect items that they need and provide some holiday cheer.

How to Donate:

Holiday Gifts:

  • If you’d like to purchase a gift for a LifeMoves family, please check out the LifeMoves linked here: Amazon Wish List. When using this link, gifts can be sent directly to our Little Wonders Outreach Coordinator, Alice, by clicking on Alice Hehman's Gift Registry Address.

  • Little Wonders is unable to receive deliveries on the weekends, so all gifts will be sent to Alice's house to ensure that deliveries do not get sent back. Alice will organize all the gifts and deliver them to LifeMoves.

  • Gifts can also be purchased elsewhere and dropped off at Little Wonders by December 14th for delivery to LifeMoves. Unlike previous years, LifeMoves is no longer able to accept gift cards. All gifts should be new and unwrapped.

Wrapping Paper & Tape:

  • The parents of children receiving these gifts would love to be able to wrap their child’s present. LifeMoves would appreciate wrapping paper and tape donations to allow families to do this.

Once you’ve donated, write your family name on a paper ornament and hang it on the holiday giving tree (pictured above) in the Little Wonders classroom. We appreciate your support with our Holiday Gift Drive!
